At Lights Lacquer, we want you to be completely obsessed with your manicure. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your packing slip.

Print & Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off & Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
